Psoriasis is a complex multidimensional disorder; it needs multidimensional approach to treat this disorder.
The complexity goes further up when we consider the fact that patients are suffering this disease for a major part of their life some times even 20, 30 or 40 years of their life. During this period of suffering, they try all kind of treatments available and switch from one treatment to another in their quest to find the right treatment for them. For example patients typically start from the use of Vaseline to tropicals to steroidal applications to methotrexate to biologics to combination of biologics and methotrexate. Further more all these treatments are just managing the Psoriasis condition of patient and give only short term relief. This gradually makes the body of patient hardened and immune to these treatments. The body starts looking for stronger doses and stops responding to different treatments.
Therefore Psorcure Treatment approach not only takes into account the different aspects of the disorder but the fact that different patients have different body condition and treatment needs to be tailored to those body conditions. The results also depend upon external application modifications depending upon erytroderma at a particular stage of psoriasis.(Same over the counter product can not show same results in flare up stage and remission stage). Psorcure Treatment Approach divides all psoriasis patients into 5 categories as explained in the table below.
Patients Type
| Type I |
| Early Stages of Psoriasis where patients are managing their psoriasis condition with Vaseline, slippery ELM, herbal Teas, coal tar, Pagano Diet, Homeopathy treatment, Dead Sea Salt, Soft OTC products and many more similar external applications. |
| Type II |
| Patients who are able to manage their psoriasis condition with the regular use of prescription drugs based on steroids such as Dovanex etc or Vitamin D based drugs such as Calcipotriol or combination drugs such as Taclonex. Patients used these drugs in the past 12 months and faced flare up as withdrawal symptoms or witnessed a spread after the withdrawal. |
| Type III |
| Patients who are able to manage their psoriasis condition with the regular use of UV radiations or they successfully
used this method in the past 12 months and now are using treatments mentioned in Type I and Type II or using these treatments combined with UV radiations. |
| Type IV |
| Patients who are managing their psoriasis condition with the regular use of Methotrexate, Cyclosporin, Acitretin or other similar drugs or used these drugs in the past and now they are using steroidal applications or other OTC products to manage their conditions. |
| Type V |
| Patients who are managing their Psoriasis condition with the regular use Biologics such as Enbriel, Reptiva, Remicade etc or they have been recommended to use biologics by their dermatologists or they are using bialogics in combination with methotrexate etc. |
Psorcure Treatment Approach takes into account all these conditions and targets to achieve the objectives as described in the next section.

95%+ Passi Reduction |
| |
 |
Long Term Remission without using any medicine. |
| |
 |
Safety of medication and non toxicity of body |
| |
 |
To improve quality of social life by eliminating the need for any ointment application or tar products, need to visit UV saloons, soak in moisturizers etc. need to cover the body to conceal the patches or a general feeling of being alienated. |
To achieve these objectives Psorcure Treatment follows two unique approaches as explained below.
Under this approach patients are given a comprehensive treatment to clear the body from Psoriasis internally and externally. After Clearing the body from Psoriasis, this treatment create a shield to prevent future attacks of Psoriasis. This helps achieving long term remission.
Psorcure Treatment consists of |
| |
 |
Internal Medication |
| |
 |
External Applications |
| |
 |
Sun Exposure |
| |
 |
Diet Control |
| |
 |
Yoga Exercises |
Not only all the components of this treatment package play an important role but all the products of internal medicines and external application play and important role in achieving long term remission period. A careful balancing has been done at the individual herb level as discussed in the Psorcure Treatment Process section. You remove one product from the equation; you will miss the objective of Long Term Remission although you may see short term relief.
The main Treatment under this approach is given for 3-6 months depending on the intensity and severity of the patient's Psoriasis condition. The main treatment is followed by a 3 months maintenance treatment. Under maintenance treatment the doses of internal medication and external applications are reduced gradually while maintaining stabilized condition of the patient.
Thereafter patient is put on to observation period. This observation period lasts up to 2 winters. In the first winter observation period, patient applies external medication on the body till the passage of first winter after the clearance of body from Psoriasis.
During this period some patients may see some spots reappearing with lower intensity and severity. They will be controlled through external applications.
Once 1 st winter is passed without flare up, patient is put on further reduced level of external applications (mainly Psorcure Oil) till passage of next winter.
If patient remains clear after the passage of 2 nd winter, Patient stops all kind of medication and is required to observe diet and yoga guidelines.
Patients who follow this program as described above achieve the remission period which will be very long, possibly life long.
Following table will sum up the treatment procedure under

70% of the patients under this treatment get treated successfully. Balance 30% patients whose body is hardened to natural treatment and is responding slow and all other kind of patient who are not listed above are put on Integrated Approach as described in the next section.
Patients who were on different treatment in the past observe that their body got hardened and does not respond to different treatments any more. When we put such patients on our Psorcure Treatment Plan either their body do not respond to our treatment or respond very slowly. We put such patients on Integrated Approach.
As the name applies integrated approach combines the Psorcure Treatment with whatever treatment patient is taking or had taken prior to Psorcure Treatment.
Under this approach we developed different techniques for different patients to give regulated and controlled doses of steroidal applications or Methotrexate or biologics along with Psorcure Treatment Plan. We also developed the techniques to make gradual withdrawals of these applications so that Psorcure Treatment can take control of Patient's Body. Once Body condition of patient stabilizes with Psorcure Treatment, we switch the patient to maintenance treatment as described in the Total Approach section . Let's understand this process from an actual case we treated under integrated approach.
A psoriasis patient came to us in January 2005. At that time as per the recommendation of his Dermatologist he was taking 6 tablets of methotrexate 2.5 mg /week. Patient was on this treatment since July 2004 maintaining 85% PASI reduction. Whenever He was missing his doses his Psoriasis was getting angry and was resulting in flare-ups.
We advised this patient our Psorcure Treatment Plan – Integrated Approach.
In January 2005 He was put on Psorcure Main Plan along with full dose of methotrexate i.e. 6 tablets of 2.5mg/week. For one month we monitored his progress closely. By the end of January we were able to reduce his doses to just 2 tablets of Methotrexate per week and by the end of February Methotrexate was completely withdrawn from his prescription. By the end of May 2005 He achieved 95% PASI reduction. |
Then patient was put on maintenance treatment for next 5 months. Thereafter patient was advised to use Psorcure Oil as 1 st winter Observation.
In January 2006 patient developed some new small psoriasis spots on some parts of body (mainly on Legs). The patches were not intense and severe and they were flat. At this stage Patient was put on again main treatment for two months along with 2 tablets a week of methotrexate for 3 weeks. After 2 months He was back to Oil application only.
Since Fabruary 2006 patient is enjoying his remission period.
Currently patient is on 2 nd winter observation until next winter. If every thing goes as planned the patient will be on long term remission period which means by just following diet and yoga instructions he will be able to maintain his condition perhaps through out his life. |
Similarly we developed methods to integrate Psorcure Treatment with cyclosporine, acitretin and biologics. The objective is to achieve 95% PASI reduction and long term remission.
The integrated approach also prevents Liver and Kidney damage which are the serious risks of using methotrexate or similar medicines.
The Integrated Treatment is given for 1-3 months with gradual withdrawals of drugs so that Psorcure Treatment takes over.
The main psorcure treatment is given for 3-6 months depending on patients' body condition and response level.
Once the condition stabilizes, patient is put on to 3 months maintenance treatment
If the condition develops and small flare up is witnessed patient is again put on to integrated treatment for a shorter period followed by main treatment for a shorter duration. This process is repeated till the condition of patient stabilizes and 95% PASI reduction is achieved.
There after patient is put on to 1 st winter observation and 2 nd winter observation as described in the Total Approach Section.
The above procedure is a general guideline and it is always fine-tuned and adjusted based on the condition of individual patient.
Following table will sum up the treatment procedure under
